[ Thank goodness Furiosa has had the summer to perfect her swimming. She's really taken to it, spending the long days and evenings either in the pool or the lake, swimming until her muscles ache. The physical exhaustion is one way she's found to get more than just a few hours of fitful sleep. She's become adept at navigating in the water, even with only one arm. She's even calmed down enough to stop resurfacing to check that her prosthetic is still where she left it every 10 seconds.

And in the pool, stripped of her arm and almost everything else, she can just be. It took her weeks to put together what she was feeling every time in the water. It's fun. She can play, which is wild. She's loose in the water, swimming behind people and darting up to the surface to squirt them with water out of her mouth before she dips her chin underneath the surface to hide her smirk. If she's feeling especially mischievous or it's someone she's fond of (or maybe annoyed with), she'll even dive down near their feet, hooking her arm around their legs to drag them underneath the water with her. ]

[ Furiosa has spent an embarrassing amount of time trying to knock over a clearly rigged game, never quite managing to topple the tower of milk bottles. The game attendant shrugs as she growls at anyone who whines who says they want a turn. She's focused! ]

I'm trying to get the stuffed dog.

[ It's comically large. She needs to knock over the tallest tower entirely with one ball. She will do it or she will die. ]

[ Furiosa is rather domineering company, leading her companion wherever she wants to go, changing direction without asking. She simply expects them to follow. She isn't very pleased with this arrangement, and isn't quite keen on making conversation with strangers. If it's someone she's familiar with, there's definitely a lighter tilt to her next suggestion. If not, it seems more sincere: ]
