Taking up a seat on the edge of Dani's lounge chair (instead of dragging his own over), he gives him a once over. Not exactly pool-party attire, and while he doesn't mean to skim over his thoughts, he can feel the edge of worry there regardless.
"You wouldn't spoil anything. Everyone here's enjoying themselves - bodies of all shapes and sizes. The paint makes everyone look a little exotic, takes away and covers up anything you don't want to see."
He leans in, almost conspiratorially, and says: "Saw a guy trying to paint a bullseye around his - unmentionables. It can't be any worse than that."
