im ngl you and laura are the reason i started watching hotd - the cast was SO engaging during werewolf and aemond was SO hilarious and so much fun to follow along. him and tim's adventures were cracking me up the whole time, never forget shoegate. on a more serious note though you have really added so much to a char that didn't get nearly enough screentime, and it blows me away how you manage to write really complex and insanely well-written scenes in like no time flat. your enthusiasm is absolutely contagious, and even just plotting on the side and seeing what you're up to remains so fun!!! even if hawk is screaming internally i will always go out of my way to see what aemond and daemon esp are up to - their threads are both SO rich and well-written it's insane, unhinged, talented, never been done before, etc.

hawk has become fail dad for the time being but i hope i get to do so much more with aemond and him!!! ♥

rog....astarion and homelander both stole my heart and ran away with it!!! from the very first tag i have become obsessed with the different dynamics between them and hawk. i'm canonblind to bg but i do know the boys and i feel like it'd be suuuuper easy to make homelander a one-note boring villain or linger on the things that don't bring out how complex he is, but you do a really great job balancing him and making him sympathetic even though we all know what an insane scumbag he is sometimes LMFKDM. and astarion is so delightful and lovable - i really felt for him during that werewolf thread so it was really spontaneous and refreshing to be able to engage on a different level and get to a shared vulnerability with hawk and him. you're a fantastic writer and clearly have incredible command over very different character voices, and im so grateful to get an opportunity to flesh out more with you!! the holidays have been nuts but i can't wait to get more into it with them ♥

Koby and Alia are both so much fun in different ways, and you're so good at capturing them both. I'm so excited to have an excuse to tag you more and I'm looking forward to seeing what Koby and Hyunsu get up to. :>

rachel!!! i know we haven't done a ton yet but i need u to know how OBSESSED i am with hawk and daemon, and that anything chicken related with lauralae is forever iconic and basically a staple of both werewolf and salt in general now. i tend to be an insane person who has to hear character voices clearly and every time you tag me or i stalk a daemon thread i hear him PERFECTLY. your writing is gorgeous and evocative, and like i told laika the threads with aemond especially are such a feat of creativity, characterization, speed, and dedication. they're really rich and layered with introspection and considering what a complex character daemon is, it's very believable and expands on a lot of the things the show did us a disservice of not really elaborating on. i WISH i had even a quarter of the energy and ability to write so well and so quickly, but your enthusiasm and humor is definitely contagious and i can't wait to do more and get further ingrained with nasty man unclefucker!!!

I think it's a really terrific and special quality of yours that you find and illuminate angles of different characters that enable unexpected CR while still feeling IC. (Technically, I only know canon for Dean, but it's 1000% true in his case and from what I have gleaned of Benedict from fandom osmosis, it's true of him as well.) It makes me feel valued as an RP partner even after only a few interactions, which is how I strive to make other people feel so it truly is one of the highest compliments I can offer.

Also Dean constantly cracks me up, so thank you for supplying me with much needed dopamine.

laura literally where do i even begin!!! i feel like we've been in Orbit forever so getting to actually be in a game with you is such a gift — i'm so lucky to get to experience both this and psls with you, to get to experience the full range of weird and wacky rp shenanigans with you.

on the one hand i love getting to chat and plot with you because you are 1) so funny and 2) so thoughtful wrt what sorts of ideas you percolate on, and on the other i love just freehanding stuff with you because you're so good at picking up on whatever wavelength a thread is on and just yes-anding it into interesting territory. it's a thrill whenever i get a notification from you and it is truly one of the great privileges of my life to be castmates!

i really can't say enough nice things about your writing, both in terms of how clear your characterization is (it is a special thing to be able to really hear a character's voice when reading dialogue) as well as how beautiful your prose is — there's always some turn of phrase that makes me laugh or gasp or reread it over and over again. your writing is so rich that picturing exactly what's going on is totally effortless (but more importantly, rewarding — and cinematic!) which is all the more impressive with how you mine the depths of such complex characters and navigate them through an amount of plot machinations and cr that i get hives from considering.

i'm truly sorry for all the bullshit i bother you with but my solemn pledge is that i will never stop because i will simply be devoted to our terrible man x depressed lady (now also terrible man x depressed man for astarion and gale) archetype until the day i die. 💖

As you know I adore Matt and Dani, and I adore Matt and Tilanus for almost opposite reasons, which is a LOT of fun for me as a writer and RPer and I think speaks to your versatility. I'm so intrigued for what's coming next for Dani as he grows and learns more about himself, and feel very lucky to be playing even a small role in his development. I think we've had good luck finding ways to make our characters part of each other's stories in a meaningful way, and I just think that's neat 👉👈

I was SO EXCITED when you tagged Matt with Francesca on the November TDM! It's great fun that now they have this unexpected area of commonality (even though it's existentially terrifying and a huge bummer), and I'm really hype to see where else it goes. Matt is definitely going to have more death news for her in the new year ...

So like, no discussion would be complete without an obligatory reference to the Werewolf j'accuse thread that resulted in Lauralae interviewing a chicken. Not only was it hysterically funny, cracking me up to this very second, but it launched our CR out of a cannon to a whole new realm, and I deeply appreciate the generosity and yes-anding on your part that allowed that to happen. It's truly a special quality, and one I cherish in RP partners.

There's a real depth to your characterization that always gives me tons to chew on and bounce off of, whether that's in terms of interesting character beats or doing a callback to something that happened previously or jumping on a metaphor you've used. Your writing also encourages me to look at my own character in new ways (I would never, ever have imagined Matt would be enthusiastically watching Nora Ephron movies), and it's a real treat to discover new things through threads with you.
