OFFERING: Hap from The OA. He's a weird guy from a weird show, which has a sparse wiki, so I've tried to jot down everything you'd wanna know on his information post. Long story short, he likes to kidnap people that have had near-death experiences and experiment on them to find out about the afterlife. But he tries to be ethical about it. He's extremely calculating and meticulous but he's also just such a dumbass when he's scrambling (see below). He's on August's TDM for a sample taste!
