A cop here would have a pretty hard time, wouldn't they. I mean, one who tried to do policing.

I think...yes. They'd have to pick their battles carefully, otherwise they'd never get any sleep.

And people here probably like handcuffs too much. We're a whole house of bad sleepers, too, have you noticed?
