It sounds like the women already have what it takes to be the chosen ones.

Our enhancements are done at the genetic level, so my brothers were born with superhuman strength and a bulletproof exoskeleton. It comes at the cost of their emotions — they don't feel things like love or empathy. You could be on fire and they wouldn't be compelled to piss on you. My sister was born to follow any command that my father gives her. I was the failure.
