Do you remember being a year old? I only know what I know now.

I can't tell if I really remember or if I remember what other people remember about me.

Does it come with expectations for you? Like, you have to be the good one all the time.

[redforce]

I never knew him as a child. We met when we were both grown.

Everything in my life comes with expectations. But the two of us are diametrically opposed — so while I may not be "good" all the time, at least I'm not the one fighting to oppress the freedoms of others.

I think that's one of the worst sins. Denying people their autonomy, that is.

It's not funny at all. I never could get a good read on him. Maybe because we're twins.

I have dreams about twins sometimes. I don't know why. Boy-girl, though.

In my father's family, an eclipse means disharmony. Something is imbalanced. My grandfather used to tell me that things grow during the eclipse that shouldn't exist.
