He's been abrasive, but. He's Alicent's son. He can't be all that bad, right?

Alicent had three children before she was my age. If that isn't cruelty, I don't know what is.

I know. It's terrible, obviously, and I won't defend that man for a second, but the blame for that is largely with her father.

I can blame them both. Her father started it, her husband perpetuated it. Either way, they're both dangerous.

Guess we're lucky this place doesn't bring in a lot of wrinkled old guys.
